 Y2K Project

  Accomplished conversion of EPROM software running under a UNIX system, over to a Data I/O supported software package in an MS-DOS environment. 

  Wrote the procedure for the system administrator, which included the implementation of the new software into the manufacturing environment.   

  Created the operator procedure and training in the new system.

Coordinated setup displays of store computers. 

Performed diagnostics, upgrades and replacement of defective parts for customer’s personal computers.
